Hi, I’m Hope.

I’m a 50-something single mom of three mostly grown boys, a former marketing executive, and someone who runs a couple of businesses and still manages to lose an entire evening researching which kitchen trash can is actually worth $80.

That’s what this site is. I research things, buy things, try things, and figure things out. Sometimes they’re great. Sometimes they’re a complete waste of money. Either way, I’ll tell you which.
